Food was absolutely delicious, drinks were lovely & so well presented! We loved the music vibes 🎶 decor is stunning. Owners super lovely & accommodating when my mum was feeling cold upstairs. We can’t wait to come back! 👏🏼😍

Had an amazing meal here tonight with the family, portion sizes great, food bursting with flavour and the best Halloumi fries I’ve ever had, huge! Staff were polite and helpful and the place had a great vibe with good music being played. Will definitely be retuning when visiting Plymouth again.

Food was good, no wait for a table. Host and service was lovely. Only issue would be loudness of the music, despite being there on a Thursday night. Would def return next time I’m in Plymouth!

Popped in today whilst in town, good drinks, friendly service, food lovely, the sticky bbq wings were the best I’ve had! Great atmosphere too with music playing. Will return and recommend.

We had our first visit at Funky Panda today and were so pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fast and polite. I’d like to add that the decoration and design was gorgeous, the only thing I’d change is how loud the music was, sounded like we were at a club and was slightly overwhelming.

Thank so much for the great review. Not sure what day you visited but Fridays from 7.30pm we have a Dj and music gets louder (advertised on Facebook when booking but you may have been a walk in so wouldn’t have known) and Saturday from 8pm the music also goes up. We are trying to give a little more of a different experience to your standard restaurant but understand not everyone will like this. We hope to see you again soon. If want more of a chilled vibes Midweek or Sundays are always best and just background music :)

They then offered us free churros for compensation which was very appreciated but they took 20/30 to be come out. The wait times the whole time we were there were super long even tho we just ordered the bbq chicken nachos and the lamb doner ones, chicken stripes and halloumi. I want to visit again to see if the wait times and the chicken is better after a few weeks of them being open.Owner response
This is a fair review and appreciate your honestly. I agree the wait times were not great on this day. We’re trying to find our way in the kitchen and that particular day we were having issues with the electrics tripping the fryers. The buttermilk chicken again wasn’t great. The coating wasn’t sticking which we have now resolved. We hope to see you again soon

Another fake profile, another bitter review it’s actually embarrassing to read these. Imagine how sad your own life has to be sit behind a phone and hate on the success of another person. I’d advise working harder and one day you might be able to afford nice things and the odd holiday
